Two Interesting Plants Available
I was at the nursery the other morning and some new plants had been shipped-these two varieties caught my eye and would love to use one or both in a design if appropriate. The top two shots are standard tree-form Indian Hawthorne (Raphiolepsis)..the bottom two are some really nice Weeping Pussy Willow starting to bloom.

Maturing Design-
This is a house in the Briarcliff/Lakeside area that I drew the design for a couple of years ago. I was just in the neighborhood again very recently and snapped the photo. The owner requested a lot of blooming/deciduous plants so it gets a little quiet in the winter-it should explode with color in another month as the azaleas, viburnums, dogwoods, etc start to bloom-followed by oakleaf hydrangea, gardenias, hostas, wiegelia and other perennials as summer arrives. I will try to make it a point to get back by there as the seasons progress and take some more shots.
